Recent work

Case study: Enterprise Agreement negotiations

The problem

The Enterprise Agreement was approaching expiry and the company needed an EA strategy and direct union negotiation support.

The solution

Productivity initiatives were identified and formulated into a company log of claims. A strategy paper with recommended clauses and wages outcome was presented to the C-suite for approval to negotiate, followed by formal negotiations with unions through to a final employee agreement.

The outcome

A balanced agreement was achieved for all parties without any industrial action. The business is now moving forward with confidence over the life of the new agreement.
